Jamie Winters, assistant director of Greek Life at Frostburg State University, was presented with the Outstanding Campus Professional Award at the 120th Pi Lambda Phi National Anniversary Leadership Convention. This award recognizes the most outstanding campus-based professional from an institution where a Pi Lambda Phi chapter is located.

Winters was honored at the fraternity’s Presidential Awards Banquet in Philadelphia last month.

Patrick Spanner, Director of Chapter Operations for Pi Lambda Phi, described Winters as “…a true example of what Pilam looks for in a campus-based partner. Without her support and hard work, Pi Lambda Phi would not have as much success at Frostburg.”

“Jamie has great influence on both the school and community of Frostburg, said Frostburg’s Pi Lambda Phi Colony President Kevin Keh. “She cares about all of the Greeks and pushes us to our full potential. I really appreciate everything she has done for Frostburg Greek Life.”

Winters received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in education from FSU. She is pursuing a doctorate in life span development from West Virginia University. Winters is also an adjunct professor for the Psychology Department at FSU.
