Macey Earns Regional All-America Honors for Second Straight Year

FROSTBURG, MD — Frostburg State sophomore Page Macey (Linthicum, Md./North County) has been named to the 2003 Brine/Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association South Atlantic Regional All-America Team for the second straight year.

Macey, a second-team selection as a freshman, was named to the region's first team after another outstanding season.

She led the Bobcats with 44 goals, 29 assists and 73 points as FSU finished 6-8 overall. She ranked 18th in Division III with 2.07 assists per game and just missed the top 20 in points per game.

"Page had another great year, and she's certainly deserving of this honor," said Bobcat head coach Eric Day. "She'll continue to be one of the top players in the region the next two seasons."
