Men's Basketball Loses to La Roche, 73-64

PITTSBURGH, Pa. — Junior Grady Stacy scored a team-high 23 points to guide La Roche to a 73-64 win over Frostburg State Saturday evening.

The Bobcats fell to 3-8 overall and 0-4 in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference while the Redhawks improved to to 4-7 overall and 2-2 in conference play.

FSU was led by sophomore Brian Green Jr. (Baltimore, Md./Archbishop Curley) who scored a career-high 26 points on 8-of-13 shooting including 7-of-9 from the free-thow line and 3-of-5 from three-point range. Redshirt-sophomore Brain Owen (Gainesville, Va./Brentsville) pitched in 12 points and senior Marcus McIntyre (Washington, D.C./Wilson) led the squad with 10 rebounds.

The Bobcats return to action on Friday, january 13 when they host Hilbert at 8:00 pm.
