Noted Comedian Coming to FSU’s “Comedy Night”

One of the hottest up-and-coming comedians, Ronnie Jordan, will perform at 9 p.m., Friday, Feb. 2, in the Alice R. Manicur Assembly Hall at Frostburg State University’s Lane University Center. The event, a “Comedy Night” organized by FSU’s University Programming Council, is free and open to the public.

From the very start, Jordan has proven that he’s a comedy force to be reckoned with. After only a year on the comedy scene, the kid voted “Most Wittiest” in high school was crowned “Rookie of the Year” in 2001 by Atlanta’s famed Uptown Comedy Corner. He is quickly making a name for himself as a comic’s comic who has shared concert dates with stand-up heavyweights Rickey Smiley, Bruce Bruce, Mike Epps and a host of other performers. No stranger to television, Jordan has been featured on “Comic View,” as well as HBO’s P. Diddy’s “Bad Boys of Comedy.”
