Speaker Patricia Russell-McCloud to "Celebrate the Differences" at FSU

Attorney and motivational speaker Patricia Russell-McCloud will "Celebrate the Differences" in her talks at Frostburg State University on Thursday, Sept. 12, at 3:30 and 7 p.m. in the Lane University Center Alice R. Manicur Assembly Hall. These presentations are free and open to the public.

The dynamic Russell-McCloud has been featured in a number of national publications, including Black Enterprise, Ebony and Essence. She is the author of A is for Attitude: An Alphabet for Living, a motivational book that uses the alphabet as a touchstone. Her speech, "If Not You, Who? If Not Now, When?" has been recorded in the Congressional Record.

The previously announced speaker for this event, Victor Lee Lewis, whose topic was "The Color of Fear: Wisdom for a Multicultural World," will not appear due to a scheduling problem.
