ADAPT (Administrative Development and Professional Training)

A program specially designed to provide professional development opportunities to the administrative professionals on campus. This program, dubbed ADAPT (Administrative Development and Professional Training) aims to enhance those skills that support employee development as well as Frostburg State University’s strategic plan while developing new skills that meet the demands of successful department management.
