Admission Requirements Completion of 24 credits of the FSU general education program requirements or their equivalent from another institution:
  • ENGL 101 Freshman Composition*
  • BIOL 321 Anatomy and Physiology I*
  • BIOL 322 Anatomy and Physiology II*
  • PSYC 150 Introduction to Psychology*
  • SOCI 100 Introduction to Sociology*
  • BIOL 304 Microbiology
  • PSYC 208 Intro to Lifespan Development or ACM's Psychology 203 Human Growth and Development or a Human Growth and Development course from another institution approved by the program coordinator.

Graduation Requirements
  • Unencumbered U.S. RN license
  • CHEM 201 Chemistry 100 Chemistry and Society or Chemistry 201 General Chemistry I
  • EXSS 200 Nutrition (previously HEED 200)
  • MATH 109 Elements of Probability and Statistics
  • ENGL 308, 338 or 339

  • Completion of 32 credits of the FSU Nursing RN to BSN program requirements.
  • Completion of all courses with a grade of "C" or better to count toward the M.S. in Nursing.
Career Options Nursing leadership, management, research, community/ public health, acute care, long-term care, and advanced practice through graduate study.
