Saturation and Secondary Emission of Electrons in a Vacuum

by: Angie Myers, Frostburg State University student

advisor: Dr. Greg Latta

This site is an overview of my honors thesis project on vacuum tubes. It gives a brief explaination of saturation current and secondary emission, as well as graphs of my observations during my research. the intent of this page is to aid in the understanding of these electron phenomena as well as to suggest methods by which other students might observe them in the laboratory.
