Schematic Diagram and Circuit Descriptions Page

Introduction:
The table below represents the typical operating voltages present at various points in the 6x2 receiver. These measurements are valid for this particular receiver only and are valid only under the conditions indicated. Values for other receivers may be considerably different depending on power supply components and other factors.

Measurement Conditions:
All measurements were taken at a line voltage of 114.6V AC as measured with an AC RMS voltmeter.
All measurements were taken with the IF Gain control half way up and the crystal calibrator turned off, except for the measurements for V8, where the crystal calibrator was turned on..
All measurements are in DC volts unless otherwise indicated.
All DC measurements were taken with an 11 Mohm input voltmeter with a 3.2 mH RF choke in series with the tip of the positive lead to isolate the voltmeter from any RF that might have been present.
All AC voltages were taken with an AC RMS voltmeter.
*Critically depend on setting of the IF gain control. Values shown are with IF Gain Control half way up.
**Voltages are present only when the crystal calibrator is turned on.
