Andrew Rebello M'12
Andrew Rebello M’12 was surprised with a $25,000 Milken Educator Award for his leadership and dedication to the Diman community while he was serving as principal and assistant superintendent at Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School.
Hailed as the “Oscars of Teaching,” these awards empower recipients to celebrate, elevate and activate the K-12 profession and inspire young people to pursue a career in teaching. The Milken Educator Award is not a lifetime achievement award but rather seeks out recipients who are in their early or mid-years of their careers for what they have achieved and for the promise of what they will accomplish with the resources that the award provides.
Rebello received a bachelor’s in psychology from Merrimack College in 2010, a master’s in education in 2012 from FSU, a certificate of advanced graduate studies from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2016 and a certificate of school management and leadership from Harvard University in 2021.
