New Parking Features
Effective Fall Semester 2026
New signage has been installed in designated visitor Pay-to-Park spaces across campus, including the Administrative Circle, Library, and Hitchins Lot. These locations now use a convenient scan-and-pay system through a mobile app. Parking enforcement in these areas is in effect Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. When parking in a Pay-to-Park space, please follow the instructions posted on the signs to complete payment.
*All vehicles parked in Pay-to-Park spaces are required to pay, regardless of whether they display a valid faculty/staff, student, or visitor permit.
In addition, parking citations can now be paid through the same scan-and-pay system. All parking citations will include a QR code that can be scanned with a smartphone, providing step-by-step instructions for making a payment quickly and easily. You may continue to use the University Billing Office for cash payments. The existing Parking Appeal process has not changed and remains available for those who wish to contest a citation.
