#Bobcatpride Athletics Team Challenge 2025: The Results Are In

athletics logoFSU is home to 600+ student-athletes, and gifts to Bobcat Athletics help provide them with a meaningful experience. Last year, supporters were encouraged to show their #BobcatPride by making a gift to their favorite team during the #Bobcatpride Athletics Team Challenge 2025, which ran from Oct. 2 to Dec. 2. 

The rules were simple: The team that raised the highest percentage of funds during the Challenge dates received an extra $1,500 towards their program and a trophy! The second-place team received an extra $1,000 for their program! The team with the most donors at the half way point of the challenge received $300, and the team with the highest dollar amount, received an extra $700. A total of $3,500 in prizes was up for grabs!

Thanks to so many generous supporters, the #Bobcatpride Athletics Team Challenge 2025 raised $70,186, nearly reaching their goal of $72,500!!

The top teams and prizes were:

  • 🥇 Softball – 1st Place: $1,500 Prize
  • 🥈 Baseball – 2nd Place: $1,000 Prize
  • ⚾ Baseball also earned an additional $700 for bringing in the most money at the end of the campaign.
  • ⚽ Men’s Soccer earned the Halfway Prize of $300 for having the most donors at the midpoint of the challenge.
