Larry D. Kump '70 has filed for re-election in the West Virginia House of Delegates District #94. He is a former recipient of the FSU Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award and the Hagerstown Community College Community Citation Award. Kump is also a graduate of Hagerstown Community College.

Mark Prokop ‘86 founded Pro Financial Fitness, a for-profit, S-Corp business that assists North Carolina non-profits. The business works to ensure North Carolina non-profits maintain a strong financial foundation and adhere to IRS and state regulations.

Ray Bivens '97 has been appointed director of the Department of Recreation and Parks for St. Mary’s County (Md.). Bivens previously served as the director of Delaware State Parks and brings over 30 years of experience to his new role.
Daniel Greco '99 was selected Administrator of the Year for Vineland Public Schools. He is the principal at Marie D. Durand Elementary School. Greco is pictured with his daughter Mary Greco '26 who is a student at FSU and a member of the women's soccer team.

Matthew Ritter '01/M'03 has been named the director of the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control Division of Parks and Recreation. He has more than two decades of experience with the department, most recently as the director of the Division of Community Affairs.
Josh Cook '01/M'06 was named principal of Bel Air Elementary School.
Michael Mosier ‘02 earned a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the American College of Education focusing on Computer Science in March 2025.
Andre Dixon '07 has joined Annapolis Area Christian School as the head varsity football coach. He was previously the director of Sports, Fitness & Aquatics at Edlavitch DC Jewish Community Center.
Joseph Farrell '07 has been appointed principal at Lettie Marshall Dent Elementary School in Mechanicsville, Md.
Macon Hardy ‘07 has rejoined Unissant as its senior vice president of Growth Strategy. She previously served as senior vice president of Business Development – Defense and National Security at the organization.

Jeannette Milburn ‘11/M’21 was selected as the 2025-2026 Allegany County Teacher of the Year. She is a sixth grade math teacher at Braddock Middle School.
Rachel Willison ‘15/M'24 has joined the general surgery team at UPMC Western Maryland. She brings her skills as a certified nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and her experience working in emergency medicine, family medicine and urology.

Ariyana Moneé Ward '23, was named a recipient of The Daily Record’s 2025 Leading Women award. This recognition honors outstanding women in Maryland who are 40 years old or younger and have demonstrated tremendous accomplishments in their careers, a strong commitment to their communities, and a dedication to inspiring change Ward currently serves with the Women Legislators of Maryland as the Executive Director.
