McCagh Scholarship Receives $2500 from Wamba Caravan

Wamba Caravan #89 recently presented a $2500 check to Frostburg State University for the Sean McCagh Hooley Plunge Scholarship. Dr. Sean McCagh was a member of the organization and creator of the Hooley Plunge. The 19th annual Hooley Plunge was held on March 4, 2023 and raised over $116,000 for local programs for the developmentally disabled and scholarships at both Frostburg State University and Allegany College of Maryland.
