Zachary Shattuck '18 and Nicole Leighty Kirk '18/M'20
Zachary Shattuck '18 won a silver medal in the Mixed 4x50 Relay at the Paralympics in Paris in August. This is the first-ever medal in the event for the U.S. Watch Shattuck and his teammates in the event HERE.

Nicole Leighty Kirk '18/M/20 also had the opportunity to attend the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris for her job as the Communications Coordinator for USA Fencing. "If I could have told my younger self that I would one day be standing at the world's biggest stage for sports I wouldn't have believed it," said Kirk. "It was an honor to tell the stories of our wheelchair fencing team, and I hope to continue to showcase just how amazing these athletes are."
