FSU Alumni, Students, Professors Lead the Way at Tech at the Gap

On Oct. 16, FSU made its mark at Tech at the Gap, an exceptional event organzied by the Western Maryland IT Center of Excellence. Over 40 FSU alumni, current students and professors gathered to showcase their expertise and celebrate the University's influence on the tech industry and regional growth. 

FSU grads have become technology leaders in Western Maryland and beyond, with many running their own successful businesses. Current students also impressed at the event, engaging with professionals and demonstrating the talent and innovation fostered at Frostburg. The event highlighted the University's role in advancing economic sustainability and driving the future of technology in the region. 

Thanks to the Western Maryland IT Center of Excellence, Tech at the Gap served as a powerful reminder of the role FSU plays in preparing the next generation of technology innovators and supporting the region's economic vitality.
