A Letter from the Alumni Association Board President

Dear Fellow FSU Alumni:

Thank you!

I know that everyone is ready to get out and about this summer, as we hope to put this pandemic behind us in some way. I wanted to take a moment to say “thank you” to my fellow FSU alumni.

I would like to thank everyone for staying engaged, although virtually, with our alma mater during this difficult time. I also would like to thank you for the opportunity to serve as the alumni board president over the past three years. My term will end in October, when I hope to see everyone at Homecoming (in person, of course).

You have excellent alumni board members who continue to find ways to reach out to alumni and students. This year they have had to develop new and creative ways to engage our FSU community.

Finally, I would like to thank the staff of the Office of Alumni Relations for all of its support of the board and the effort they put into each and every event.

To close, I hope that every alum takes the opportunity to get involved either by giving, mentoring a student, hiring an FSU graduate or helping future students know what a great University we have.
