Alumni Gatherings
Bobcats participated in several annual events this past year including Bobcats on the Trail, the Children's Literature Center Spring Festival, PAWS in for Brooke, the Sloop Institute for Excellence in Leadership and the Football Golf Outing and Reunion.

Bobcats gathered at seven locations this past April to get outside, walk the trail and reminisce about Bobcat memories. Pictured are Kirk Engle '90, Amy Beeman Engle '90 and Patti Thomas '87, who braved the rain and hiked the Great Allegheny Passage in Cumberland, Md.

FSU welcomed back alumni to campus on April 28 who were participating in the Children's Literature Centre Spring Festival. Pictured with our own Bob E. Cat are Canyon Lohnas '18 and Ellie Bolton '20/M'22.

The second annual PAWS in for Brooke, held in memory of Brooke Sarver Kirchner (honorary alumna), saw events held in Frostburg (Beautify the 'Burg), Baltimore (Filbert Street Garden) and Meyersdale, Pa. (Maple City Garden Club). Pictured is the group that gathered in Baltimore.

The annual Sloop Institute for Excellence in Leadership, held in March this year, offers advanced-level leadership training to select students. Back by popular demand! Alumni and friends of the FSU Football program gathered at Rocky Gap Casino, Resort and Golf in early June to share stories from the turf, make new memories and raise money to support current student-athletes. Pictured are 75 golfers who played a round together.

Some alumni didn't golf at the Football Golf Outing and Reunion, but they brought their families to camp for the weekend and attended the pre-golf gathering, which included Jacob Morrow '98, Phillip Wagner '02, Ben Morrow '01, Philip Swann '01, Brent Stum '01/M'04 and Derek Kirk '01.
