Performance Management

FSU utilizes Workday for Performance Management. The FSU appraisal cycle is April 1^st through March 31^st. The scoring window is March 1^st through April 30^th.

Workday allows you to:

• Manage your performance all year long.
• Take notes on accomplishments and upload supporting documentation.
• Create goals and update them as you make progress.
