Robin Wynder Receives Award for Superior Service

Ms. Robin Wynder, Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs and Senior Diversity Officer at Frostburg State University was recently presented with the Graduate Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc.'s award for Superior Service during the fraternity's Annual National Achievement Week.

Wynder has many years of experience on campus, beginning with her service as a mentor and guide for African American students that matriculated through FSU. She was newly promoted to her current position after serving a number of years in various other roles on campus.

According to Dr. Artie Travis, FSU Vice President for Student Affairs, "Wynder has transitioned from the major “in loco parentis” model to a legend on campus as she advocates for equity, success and accountability."
