Frostburg State University’s Office of Regulatory Affairs is responsible for promoting, coordinating and managing the University’s efforts related to Title VI, Title IX, ADA and EEO, as well as other civil rights initiatives aimed at preventing discrimination and harassment within the University community.

Mission

The office’s mission is to promote an inclusive and accessible environment for all members of our University community. To this end, the office is tasked with ensuring compliance with anti-harassment, sexual misconduct and non-discrimination laws, regulations, and policies. The office carries out this task through prompt and fair investigations of reported issues, education and training, as well as outreach and engagement activities.

  2. training, education, and prevention initiatives occurring on campus;

  3. options for reporting incidents of Prohibited Conducted under the University's Policy on Sex Discrimination; and
