FSU Phonathon

Students are at the heart of Frostburg State University. In that spirit, they play a vital role in our fundraising efforts by making calls during FSU Annual Fund Phonathons. These trained student callers not only gain "real world" experience by performing telemarketing, but they also have the opportunity to network and speak with FSU alumni. They develop a rapport with alumni while discussing changes to educational programs and campus life at FSU.

Funds raised by the FSU Phonathon help support a variety of student programs and scholarships. It's a service that is performed by the students for the students.

JOIN OUR TELEMARKETING TEAM

All interested students must fill out the application below. After your application is complete, Kathleen Breighner will contact you for a brief phone interview. Following that interview, Kathleen will let you know if you are eligible to attend training and, if so, confirm the date, time, and location with you.

Students hired by the phonathon will be required to complete a student employee packet. This will require certain documents that you may not otherwise have with you (birth certificate or social security card). These forms will be required before any student is allowed to begin work. Packets will be given out to all students who successfully complete training. More details can be found on the Payroll & Employee Services Website.
