Q: Where do I get a Payroll Deduction form?
A: Please sign up online.

Q: I’m confused about how to fill out the online form.
A: Please see the “How To” guide.

Q: I want to continue giving the same amount as last year. Do I need to fill this out again?
A: Yes, if your deduction was set to end. However, once logged in, you have the option of making the gift ongoing.

Q: May I restrict my gift to a specific area?
A: Yes. You may give to any designated fund at the Frostburg State University Foundation. You can even split your gift among several funds.

Q: I want to give, but not through payroll deduction. Can I still participate?
A: Absolutely! You may give through one of several other easy methods: check, credit card, bank debit (EFT), and give online.

Q: Is there an administrative fee taken out of my gift?
A: No! 100% of your gift goes to the fund(s) you select.

Q: What is the difference between this and the Maryland Charity Campaign?
A: While you are able to designate Frostburg State University Foundation through the Maryland Charity Campaign, not all of your gift is received by FSU due to administrative fees. There are no administrative fees deducted from your gift through the Faculty and Staff Campaign, meaning more of your money is going directly to the program(s) of your choosing.
