April: Spring Into Wellness!

Spring is here, and it's time to Spring Into Wellness with our newest Spring Wellness Promotion called Wellness 360⁰!

Wellness 360⁰ is a 6-week fun-filled series of wellness challenges, live webinars, live cooking demonstrations, online dental health workshops, new emotional wellbeing webinars like "Unwind Time" and more. Spring and renewal go hand-in-hand. This month's Healthy U focuses on "Self Care" opportunities to look at things that have affected us as we adjusted to the "new normal" of the pandemic. We've gotten exhausted mentally and physically, our sleep has been disrupted, and more screen time during the pandemic has resulted in eye strain for many of us. Friday Unwind Time debuts on 4/23

Unwind time is a series of 15-minute relax, renew, and rejuvenate live sessions offered every Friday at 11:00 am starting on April 23. Our Mindful Mondays are such a great hit in starting the week, and Unwind Time will be a great way to end the work week with practices such as Acupressure and other self soothing sessions. Participants will engage in the live 15-minute sessions while a presenter guides you through each 15-minute practice.
