FSU to Hold Honorific Naming Ceremony of Captain James A. Graham Veterans Center

Frostburg State University will unveil the Captain James A. Graham Veterans Center at an honorific naming ceremony and reception on May 12 at 11 a.m. in the Alice R. Manicur Assembly Hall located in FSU’s Lane University Center. Secretary Anthony Woods of the Maryland Department of Veterans and Military Families will be a special guest at the ceremony.
Capt. Graham, USMC, was a 1963 graduate of Frostburg who was killed in the Quang Tri Province of South Vietnam during the war. He posthumously received the Congressional Medal of Honor for his heroic service to our nation in Vietnam.
This event commemorates the legacy of Capt. Graham and recognizes the University’s ongoing commitment to serving its veteran and military community.
