Counseling & Psychological Services
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) offers a brief but comprehensive counseling services to Frostburg State University students, including individual and group therapy. CAPS is committed to providing culturally sensitive clinical services in a timely manner to our students. Our center is staffed by a variety of licensed mental health providers and trainees under supervision. CAPS facilitates the academic, career, and personal development of students at Frostburg State University. Services are provided by appointment and at no charge to FSU students.
