Jessica Frances Dukes: Actress

 

Theatre alum Jessica Frances Dukes landed a breakout television role as FBI Agent Maya Miller in Netflix’s Ozark. Dukes blossomed at FSU; she immersed herself in everything she could on campus with stage productions, training and mentorships. Those foundations eventually led her to obtain an Obie Award and roles in Bootycandy and By the Way, Meet Vera Stark. Her earlier work on The Good Wife, Jessica Jonesand Ozark demonstrates FSU’s power to equip students with skills that translate to national platforms. She currently can be seen in HBO’s The Gilded Age, alongside FSU alum Debra Monk ’73.
