Accounting Association

The mission of the FSU Accounting Association is to promote interest in the field of accounting, educate the student population, appreciate the discipline of accounting, demand high ideals in accounting, recruit students into accounting and related fields and encourage contact with FSU alumni.

Activities of the Accounting Association include:

• Social Functions
• Fundraisers in support of our scholarship program

President- Kolby Hendricks

• responsible for the execution of ideas and goals of the association, leads meetings, host/coordinates events, and ensures clear communication with board

Vice President- Kendra Rabo

• responsible for pushing the agenda of the accounting association, leads association in the absence of the president, and oversees other positions

Treasurer- Kylie Beckman

• responsible for all finances in regard to the association, in charge of collecting dues, and understanding the cost of our events 

Secretary- Jenna Griffth

• responsible for documenting all meeting discussions, keeping track of minutes spent in meeting, sends emails regarding previous meeting summary and next meeting date

Fundraising Chair- Vacant

• responsible for coming up with different fundraising initiatives, liaison for on- and off-campus co-ops in regards to fundraising (Starbucks, Ritas, Hiway)

Marketing/Social Chair- Vacant

• responsible for all social media accounts, must keep accounts in good standing while also keeping our organization in tune with social happenings, creates all media for accounting association
