Jane Pears is a highly accomplished administrative professional with more than 46 years of experience supporting high‑level Department of Defense programs. She holds an associate degree and multiple professional certifications, including the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) credential. Throughout her career, Jane has been recognized for excellence and has earned numerous awards for outstanding performance.

Jane’s background includes pivotal roles within the Department of War—where she earned the call sign “Magic”—as well as providing C‑suite executive support at the National Science Foundation. Jane currently serves as a Senior Project Analyst supporting the U.S. Navy, where she is regarded as the subject‑matter expert for the Defense Travel System (DTS).
