Tuition in the PA program is determined per credit, residency status and location. FSU's Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies is located at the University System of Maryland at Hagerstown Regional Education Center.

Many FSU PA students complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to apply for student loans to support their graduate education (School Code 002072).
