EEO Advisory Group

The Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Advisory Group (formerly the AA/EEO Committee), comprised of faculty, staff and student representatives, acts as an advisory body to the director in employment and other equal opportunity matters.

Appeals of recommendations of resolution of complaints of discrimination, including sexual harassment, made by the Director of Compliance are to be submitted to the Director who will forward the appeal to the EEO Advisory Group for a formal hearing. Under some circumstances, the Director may refer formal allegations to the Advisory Group for a hearing.
