Summit Station is a business center that offers space while ensuring flexibility and freedom to individuals and organizations alike. The space promotes productivity, collaboration, networking, focus and work-life balance to our members. We offer comfortable open or private spaces, a stable and reliable internet connection with network security, and other unique privileges necessary to create a professional center.

Space Rental Options

There are different options for members at Summit Station. Below is an explanation of benefits for each.

Conference room (Reservations may be made through summitstation.skedda.com).
Basic office supplies and equipment
Printing, copying, scanning
Priority admission to events held in the space

Conference Room Rental Fees

$20/hour.
$50/half day.
$90/day.

Summit Station Private Office (100 sq ft each)

Window Office: $350.00/month.
Interior Office: $300.00/month.

Unlimited 24/7 access to the building.

Private office (desk, 2 chairs, lockable file storage) with lockable door.

Physical mailing address usage. 

Reserved under contract.
150 B&W copies.
20 Color copies.

Dedicated Desk Membership ($225/month)

Dedicated desk in open space.
Lockable file storage.
24/7 access to space.
150 B&W copies.
20 Color copies.

Daily Pass ($20/day or $5/hr)

Access to building for one day during staffed business hours.
Ability to reserve conference room on that day during business hours.
50 B&W Copies.
15 Color Copies.

Physical Mailing Address ($15/month)

Use of physical mailing address only.

ACCESSING THE BUILDING
Summit Station is unlocked during staffed business hours (generally 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday-Friday) and locked during non-business hours, weekends, and holidays. The doors must remain locked after hours.

SPACE/RESERVATIONS
summitstation.skedda.com is being used to track spaces. You may call ahead and check with the Administrative Assistant or within the registration system to ensure there is a desk/space available when needed. Open seating spaces are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
