Mission Statement
The University Programming Council at Frostburg State University is a student-run programming team that hosts events on and off campus for students. Our mission is to create fun, memorable, and engaging moments for all FSU students.

We also host major annual events like SpringFest and bring large acts to campus. Past performers include Megan Thee Stallion, Wild 'n Out, Nicole Byer, Jesse McCartney, Plain White T's, and more!
