Executive-level administrative support for the efficient operation of the office, focusing on the management of operations and student service. Serves the role position, performs various complex and confidential administrative duties, and will interact with senior-level administration, deans, directors, public and private officials, faculty, staff, students, and the public. Handling Project/ Event planning, department budgets and financials, travel arrangements, managing the Senior executive’s calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters, providing and triaging work direction and assistance to team members, students, staff, and faculty.
