The Beall Institute for Public Affairs

The Beall Institute for Public Affairs was established to promote civic responsibility and increase knowledge of government affairs and the political process at all levels.

Our goal is to prepare Frostburg State University students for active participation and leadership roles in public affairs and establish effective careers as managers, planners and policy analysts in the public sector.

Virtual Town Hall with U.S. Senator, Ben Cardin

Senator Cardin recently spoke to us on a variety of important issues and we had the opportunity to ask questions and share your views as well.

First elected to the Senate in 2006, Senator Cardin currently serves as Ranking Member of the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Committee. He is a senior member of the Senate Foreign Relations and Environment & Public Works committees. He also serves on the Senate Finance Committee.
