The Clocktower Circle
The Clocktower Circle is a giving society that recognizes individuals who financially support Frostburg State University for three or more consecutive years. Membership in the Circle is achieved through contributions made over consecutive years to any area within the university. We track gifts according to our fiscal year, July 1 to June 30. Through their unwavering support, Clocktower Circle members embody the strength and perseverance of our Bobcat.
