What motivates you to continue your support year after year?

I know that I’m supporting the student who chose to make FROSTBURG their second home and a part of the Frostburg family and community. My feeling is that Frostburg has done so much for me and my family that it’s the least I could do to help future BOBCATS.

Can you share a favorite memory or experience related to Frostburg?

Well, there are too many to name, but having the Defensive Room named in my honor in the football coaches’ offices was truly amazing to me and humbling to know that my former players would honor me in that way. On the professional level, receiving the Board of Regents Staff Award was amazing. To have been nominated and supported by colleagues like Jay Hegeman, Troy Dell, Shannon Gribble, Jesse Ketterman, Sara Wilhelm, and so many others who supported me throughout the years. I felt so proud to represent Frostburg State University.

How do you feel your contributions impact current students and the university community?

My thoughts are that all donations, no matter how big or small, will help with the overall mission of the university in supporting the students at Frostburg State University.
