Replacement/Duplicate W-2 Statement

Central Payroll Bureau in Annapolis, Maryland prepares and distributes the W-2 statements for Frostburg State University employees. W-2 statements are sent in the US mail in mid-January. If you have not received your W-2 statement by the end of January for the prior calendar year of if you are in need of a duplicate copy, please utilize the Payroll Online Service Center (POSC) or contact the Payroll Office on campus at 301-687-4332.

W-2 Web-only Access

Employees may sign up for web-only access for their W-2 using the POSC. Employees who opt in for this will receive their W-2 electronically instead of it being mailed and typically access to their W-2 earlier than those who do not. To sign up, visit the POSC and click Signup/Modify W-2 Web Only Access. If you have not created an account on the POSC, please contact the Payroll Office for your most recent check/advice number and FSU's agency number.
