Recreation and Sport Management
Undergraduate Program
The Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Sport Management at FSU offers students the opportunity to pursue careers in their field of passion through specialized, hands-on experiences under the guidance of faculty.
The program is great preparation for a career as a park ranger, game day/event operations staff member at a sports facility, program staff member at a resort, campus recreation staff member, sports promotion specialist, camp director, or adventure sports specialist. COAPRT accredits baccalaureate programs in parks, recreation, tourism, sport management, event management, therapeutic recreation, and leisure studies offered at regionally accredited institutions within the United States and its territories, and at nationally accredited institutions in Canada and Mexico.
The accreditation process is designed to provide students with experiential experiences, hands-on training, active engagement in the community, and an up-to-date curriculum delivered by quality educators.
