President’s Leadership Circle
The President’s Leadership Circle (PLC) at Frostburg State University is a small, selected cohort of senior student leaders based on their well-rounded leadership involvements within the university and university community. Members are exposed to leadership development opportunities facilitated by the Frostburg State University President and the Division of Student Affairs. Opportunities include personal mentorship, professional shadowing, and group leadership discussions. Serving as a student ambassador, the PLC will participate in intercultural experiential opportunities. The experience will be placed upon personal and professional development, intercultural communication, and service-learning.
