Seasons 1–3 were hosted by Dr. Amanda (Mandy) Vandivier, with support from TyJae’ Bolton. Season 4 continued the conversation with evolving campus perspectives, and the newest Season 5 is hosted by SAFE Office Director, Donald Swogger.

Each week, you’ll learn about the free resources available at Frostburg State University and hear directly from leading specialists who are passionate about supporting student well-being.
