The Hidden Colors series of documentary films directed by American film producer, Tariq Nasheed and features historians, scholars, and social commentators discussing the untold history of people of African descent in America and across the world. It provided a platform to hear about contributions and experiences of people of color, including the story of the great West African empires and African people in America before Christopher Columbus, as depicted in Hidden Colors 1. Event showings Feburary 20th and 27th.
