Mask Guidelines Update
Masks will be optional at FSU as of 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 31. Anyone who feels more comfortable and chooses to continue wearing a mask may do so. Please be respectful and supportive of individual choices and situations. According to federal OSHA guidelines, masks will still be required at Brady Health Center and the Counseling Center.

We are facing a significant delay in receiving the antigen COVID tests we have ordered because of widespread demand. As a result, we are making changes to our testing protocol at the Frostburg campus.

COVID-19 Testing Protocol for Spring 2022
Using CDC guidance regarding prevention for institutions of higher education, FSU outlines the required re-entry protocols for returning to campus after winter break. Along with vaccinations, testing continues to be an important strategy to mitigate risks to the university community, local region, and State of Maryland. Consistent with these strategies, FSU will employ the following protocols.
