Mask Guidelines Update
Masks will be optional at FSU as of 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 31. Anyone who feels more comfortable and chooses to continue wearing a mask may do so. Please be respectful and supportive of individual choices and situations. According to federal OSHA guidelines, masks will still be required at Brady Health Center and the Counseling Center.

COVID-19 Testing Protocol for Spring 2022

Along with vaccinations, testing continues to be an important strategy to mitigate risks to the university community, local region, and State of Maryland. Updated Mask Guidance for Campus
In accordance with the CDC recommendation, FSU will require masks to be worn indoors when in the presence of others by EVERYONE on campus, regardless of vaccination status, effective August 10, 2021.

Update on Proof of Vaccination for Fall 2021
ALL STUDENTS and EMPLOYEES can provide information starting TODAY from your COVID-19 vaccination card by uploading a photo or file through the Check-In Portal under the “My Vaccinations” menu option. You will need to provide this even if you entered information earlier this spring. The deadline for uploading your proof of vaccination is August 1.
