Student Health Center Fees
Generally, there is a $20 fee per visit to the Student Health Center. In addition, there are miscellaneous charges, such as diagnostic tests, immunizations, routine GYN services, physical exams, treatments, and prescription medications. See the Fee Schedule below.
No insurance billing is done by the Student Health Center. Health coverage is not required but is strongly recommended for off-campus providers or diagnostic procedures that are not offered at the health center.
Receipts obtained at the health center after payment for services can be used as documentation for health insurance reimbursement if needed.
NO SHOW FEE
Beginning October 30th, 2023, the Student Health Center will implement a "No-Show" fee of $15. We reserve the right to charge your student PAWS account for appointments not kept or not canceled up to 2 hours before the appointment.
This also applies if you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment and you are marked as a “No-Show”, the fee may be assessed to your student PAWS account.
Payment Policies
Payment is expected at the time of service.
You may pay by cash, check, Bobcat Express or have the charges bursar billed to your student account.
