Updated Mask Guidance for Campus

Update on Proof of Vaccination for Fall 2021
ALL STUDENTS and EMPLOYEES can provide information starting TODAY from your COVID-19 vaccination card by uploading a photo or file through the Check-In Portal under the “My Vaccinations” menu option. You will need to provide this even if you entered information earlier this spring. The deadline for uploading your proof of vaccination is August 1.
