Welcome to the Visual Arts Program at Frostburg State University.

Whether you want to work in graphic design or explore traditional studio arts, you will hone your creative skills in coursework and high-impact experiences with faculty dedicated to providing a quality educational experience centered on you. Our faculty take pride in meeting our students where they are, and no matter where that is, will mentor our students to help them develop a broad range of creative skills and achieve their educational goals. Art and Design students explore their creativity in facilities devoted to a range of applications, from traditional painting and ceramics to computer-based design and interactive media.
