Council of University System Staff

The USM Council of University System Staff (CUSS) provides non-faculty employees of the University System of Maryland, who are excluded from collective bargaining by virtue of their position, with a voice in the governance of the system. Through the council, all staff have the opportunity to influence decisions affecting the System Staff's interests.
