International Student Orientation

Orientation is Mandatory

Every semester, the Center for International Education (CIE) holds an orientation session for all new international students with F-1 or J-1 visas. You must attend this session, even if you are transferring from another U.S. university or college.

Bring These Documents

Before or during orientation, please bring the following documents to the Center for International Education. We will make a copy for our records:

  • Passport
  • Visa
  • I-94 Card
  • I-20 (F-1 students) or DS-2019 (J-1 students)
  • Your U.S. address in Frostburg
  • Your U.S. phone number

Deadline

You must provide these documents within 10 days of starting your studies at FSU.
