Upward Bound Math/Science
The Upward Bound Math/Science program (Formerly known as Regional Math/Science Center-RMSC) at Frostburg State University (FSU) is TRiO program funded by the US Department of Education. The primary goal of our program is to provide academic support to eligible students and help them develop to their full potential so they will enter and be successful in post-secondary education in the fields of math and/or science.
